This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from VITAHERBALS AND NUTRA VENTURES.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
